The Haunted House
The Mist swirled slowly around my feet. I looked up and realized that I was steering at a massive gate. I touched the gate lightly and it swung slowly open. I noticed the gargoyles for the first time. Glaring at me and somehow shouting at me to go away. I slowly stumbled up the path passing grave stones all the way. Suddenly the mist parted and I found myself staring at a magnificent house that looked old and forgotten except for a single musty light on the bottom floor. It had heaps of bats circling the roof. I cautiously approached the door. The steps moaned loudly. I reached the door and rapped the door knock. The door swung slowly creakily open. I stepped inside, I was scared stiff. There were paintings on the walls of a man in a cloak surrounded by bats he looked like he was hiding behind the cloak. I looked into the lit room. I came face to face with that man in the paintings but he wasn’t a man he was a Vampire. I screamed. The Vampire saw me and knocked me out with a decapitated head.

The Beach
Seagulls soaring overhead,
Boats bobbing on the large rolling waves,
Children playing in the golden sand,
That is the Beach.
Sand-dunes towering over the sea,
Scratchy plants on top of the mounds that are sand-dunes,
The wind blowing the sand,
That is the Beach.
The warm sun heating the scorching sand,
The Piers reaching into the sea,
The wonderful smell of salt surrounding the beach,
That is Himatangi Beach.

Evil Hitch-hiker short story
I was traveling along the Motorway in my brand new Range Rover. A Hitch-Hiker stood at the side of the road. I slowed down and stopped beside him “Where to?” he asked
“Just into London” I answered
He slid in next to me.
“So where to in London?” I asked
“ Not London” he said “through London all the way to the airport”
“Where are you going?” I asked
“Just into central London” He told me.
I knew that this was strange but I didn’t say anything.
We arrived at the airport and I let him off. I casually stepped out of the car and followed him in. I saw him go through a door so I went through as well. I found myself at the top of a steep flight of stairs. I went down. I came down the last couple of stairs and almost fell over an unconscious security guard. A door was slightly ajar. I stepped through and was greeted by the belly of a massive A320 aeroplane. I noticed a shadow. The Hitch - Hiker was in the plane! I dived in after him and hid behind a stack of luggage.Suddenly the door slammed and we started trundling away. It was freezing in the hold. We started speeding down the runway and slowly lifted into the air. As soon as we were in level flight the Hitch - Hiker got up clutching a crowbar and went over to a hatch in the roof. He slammed the hatch open, jumped through the gap and knocked out both of the pilots. Suddenly my stomach leapt into my mouth. We were stalling. My heart quickly settled. We were in level flight again. I scrambled around trying to find a weapon. I saw a long bag and clambered over to it. Inside were some wickets, I grabbed one. I made my way through the hatch, drew in a quick breath and knocked the Hitch - Hiker out Just as we started dropping towards London. I didn’t know how to fly so I pushed on the Yoke. We started stalling further. I pulled back and out of the dive slowly. Once in level flight I turned towards the airport. I pointed down and landed on the belly of the plane on the immaculate tarmack.
